We know that when you're in the middle of a client's hair transformation, the last thing you want is a faulty straightening iron. We totally get it, and we're here to help you out.

At Hair Inc, we're all about providing you with the best tools to help you create stunning looks for your clients. But sometimes, even the best tools can go a little wonky. So if you've got a straightening iron that's not quite cutting it, here's what you need to do:

Give our customer service team a holler. Shoot us an email at hello@hairinc.com.au or give us a ring at 07 33860 860 or press the return button to start the process. We'll need to know your invoice number or where you made your purchase and what's going on with your straightening iron.
We'll take care of the rest! We'll give you instructions on how to return your faulty straightening iron, and we'll cover the shipping costs, too.
Once we get your straightening iron back, we'll inspect it and determine whether it's eligible for a refund or replacement. If it is, we'll get that taken care of ASAP.
